I am gay.. and I would like to know how to know when someone is gay or bisexual? when I walk some guys look at me.. but they dont speak to me.. or say me something.. I dont know if they can be gay or not.. but I am afraid to speak to them

Eye contact, raise eyebrows, and smile.
Straight guys hate other guys doing it to them, but gay guys understand and get the message. So if you walk past a guy in the street that you fancy, stare at him in the eyes, raise yuor eyebrows slightly, give a little smile, then stop and look in a shop window or something. If he wants you he'll come and stand beside you.

Dont know if you know this or not, but there was actually a study done to identify gay people. Its how they walk. ummm...ill give u the site once i find it here. Turns out scientists figured out how to identify gays and bi's through body movements, and hand movements.

In general, unless a guy is very obvious about it you would never know.
Your "Gaydar" can sometimes give you a clue.
You can always ask them.
