A better question would be - does the top boss realize that without his/her "lowly employees" he would not have a business.

I AM the top boss in my company. Justice is you working your way up, or starting your own business. How much did you invest in the bosses business? How much company stock do you own? What makes you think you deserve any of the profits?

Why not?
Ask the boss.
How many hands does he has?
How can he make his money grow?
Why he give so much to the IRS?
Why not give the extra to you?
That makes you happy.
Then you do your part and give to the IRS.
