nowadays black kids sit in the back of the bus unless there in trouble does any one know why

its the same reason white kids sit at the back of the bus.....because kids think its the coolest seat...and its the farthest from the bus driver. When I was in school, all the "cool kids" (so they thought) sat at the back of the bus. It really doesnt have anything to do with skin color in my opinion

It's farthest away from the driver's eyes and ears? And it's not just Black kids sitting in the back of the bus. Nearly all kids head there first. No one really wants to sit next to the driver.

when i was in school and rode the bus, all the cool kids sat in the back. it seemed to be a seniority thing. or maybe because the bus driver couldn't really see you. a lot of shenanigans went on in the back of the bus from what i remember. i agree it seems backwards from history but i guess kids are not that concerned with being able to get on and off the bus easily.

THATS JUST WHERE THEY WANNA SIT. FREE COUNTRY. WHAT IF THE BUS STOP GOES TO 2 PREDOMINATELY NEIGHBORHOODS???? THEN THE ENTIRE BUS IS BLACK... WHATS THE BIG DEAL? AND BESIDES THAT, NOT ALL BLACK KIDS SIT IN THE BACK.
