Which is the boarderline between reality and illusion? Don't we often "live" and "experience" illusions as realities, getting to realize the difference later ? Try to change it now: Don't we "exprerience" relities as illusions, having the subconcious need of avoiding the thruth? Do you see any difference now? It all clears up - does it? a posteriori......

I think happiness most of the time is a memory, thus being more of an illusion. It can be a reality, for a short time, if the person is cognizant that happiness is happening.

Reality. It helps if one thinks more on the positive sign and smiles more at people. I think that one can fantasize about such things and it in turn puts postive "flow" out there.

You can have the worst luck and have many things wrong with you, but still maintain a positve attitude and not let those things get you down. You can find positive in everything if you look hard enough. Happiness Is a Matter of Choice.

Money cannot buy happiness.

it seems for you that the reality of happines is only when you really feel it conciusly

for me happines is like a garden, it's an area, when i'm still in there, then i'm happy all that time

how about you, dont you have anything that made you happy, if you dont have now, at least you have some when you are a children

an example of a worst possible child condition i've ever seen is on a charater named Gaara from a japan cartoon (anime) named Naruto

but the even Garaa have a happy times when he finds out what is "love"

but i'm sure u finds so many way to get happy, at least when you are a child

redefine happy for yourself, relax, and reach it :)

The un-romantic notion supported by scientists is that our happiness is governed by the way the neurons in our brain are configured.(This is why anti-depressants work).
It has further been proved that we can change the way our brain is wired by learning to control our thoughts and directing them to be more positive (cognitive behavioural therapy).Hence if we control our thoughts this leads to happier emotions which leads to positive behaviour and actions which leads to our brain re-wiring to a more '' happy mindset '' over time.
The conclusion?
Happiness is within all our reach as a reality but you must work for it!

happiness in short :
it's an illusive representation of real facts,a moment's happiness, based on a real ,pleasant ,materially existing reality, which happened,is happening, or will happen to us.
it's one of so many marvellous products of God given human brain, and best remedy against modern depression.
wishing you a happy Christmas ,
don't worry,be happy !

Happiness is a choice. You can be happy if you choose to. Be happy, it's really that simple yet that hard for some people. You can make happiness a habit if you just find something to be happy about in ANY given situation.

Happiness is always a good and positive thing, so I guess it's a reality for those who want it to be.
