Whether it be one drink or eight drinks, do you drink and drive?

On rare occasions-one beer over 2 or more hours-two beers over 4 hours. And it is less then 3 miles from home. Never had a DUI.
I just know I will get tons of thumbs down-but at least I am being honest right? No alcohol related accidents. No arrests EVER! Clean background-responsible adult.
To Snowy below-I was beginning to think I was the only honest person here. If I truly thought I endangered someones life I too would never do it. Is it so impossible to believe that a person can pace their drinking and be safe driving? Or does it piss you off that there are persons who do not automatically get s-h-i-t face drunk if they happen to go to a bar?

Here goes honesty. I'm not proud of this, but I used to drink and drive, alot. Never got pulled over, never got in accident, but I know I could have and i regret it to this day. Sometimes, I didn't even remember driving home, or parking the car. I was so young and so stupid. I haven't done that for 20 years now, and I must of had somebody on my side in heaven to spare lives of people I could have killed. When I think about it today, I cringe and I am very sorry that I ever did it. I haven't done it in 20 years and I will never do it again.

nope. Either I stay at home if I have a drink or I just don't drink. I rarely ever have a drink, usually just on New Years and Mardi Gras. I'm always the DD. I'm okay with that. I don' really like the taste of alcohol.

If you must drink and drive, drink Mt. Dew!!

I got smashed once and drove home, couldn't remember a thing the next day, and never did it again!!!

Besides, my uncle has been in prison for the last 15 years for DUI Manslaughter!! Not worth it!

I actually don't drink alcohol at all, so the answer is no, thank goodness! I hope no one here says they do! If they have, I hope they either never repeat it, or if they have a problem, seek the help they need!

God Bless and Happy Holidays to everyone!

Not at all! I think the idea is a very poor one if the choice of drink is alcohol.
