Doing work experience is not the same as training for a job in Theatre. If you want to be an actor, you will need to join a local drama group, or audition for drama school. If you just want to see what happens on a show, then you could write to some of the major West End Theatre Producers such as ATG, Cameron Mackintosh, Really Useful, etc and ask whether they have people on work experience and how to apply. (You might find their policy on their website). If they do take on people on a week or so work experience, there may be a minimum age or a long waiting list. Don't expect to get acting experience. If you are lucky, you might be sent out to buy the milk for the tea, or do some photocopying. I would guess that most of the time you would just be observing people work. Know what area of theatre you want to be in. 'Something to do with drama' is not specific enough.
