Check all relay's and fuses cause you probably blew a few of them . most likely no major damage was done.

Well i'll be buggered, I'm well educated and been in the vehicle industry fo 30 years.
And now I find that putting a battery on cement causes some impossible reaction and discharges the battery.....WOW.
That's the sort of bollocks that dealerships expect the public to eat.
The answer is this.
There are many different cars out there each with it's own electrical system.
You have either blown a fuse or fried the ECU.

Depending on the year of your vehicle, you may not have damaged your computer but, you may have destroyed something else. the other thing is, when you took out your battery, did you place it on cement?? Because if you did, your battery may have lost it's charge to where your car won't start. Start out by checking how many Volts the battery has, and if it's below 10.5 V, re-charge it.
Just remember, always start out with the easy stuff first.
Good Luck

If you put + to- and - to + you will have blown most of the car's electronics. Probably new car time. The battery terminals are arranged so that you should'nt be able to do this, so you must have really tried!
