surface area=

2(l*w)+2(l*h)+2(w*h)= 220
h = 4 given

=>2(2w*w)+2(2w*4)+2(w*4)=220

=> 4w^2 + 24w = 220

=> 3rd option is correct

Surface = 2(2x^2)+4(2x+4x)so
4x^2+24x=220 ( the third one)
