Tickets have sold fast from what I hear so maybe check one of the school's websites or something..idk if you'll be able to get a hotel room out here because they're probably booked already

With a lot and I mean a boatload of money....tickets haven't been issued (you don't even know who's in it) and they're already being offered for thousands of dollars! Even a room at a Motel 6 jumps like 300% and for food, well that may be the only thing that remains the same...I mean McDonald's and Burger King aren't known for price-gouging.....are they?
Yikes! better pack lots of Peanut butter, jelly, bread and water!

try and buy tickets online, or contact the schools.
everything downtown is probably booked, so get a room in a cheap hotel in a suburb.
get something local (seafood).

You don't really need a room, just find a porker or a random girl
& sweet talk them and then you will have a place to stay for the night. Just find a different one every night and you should be fine.

Bring a wad of cash.....get a room in Hammond across the lake, and wait til 5 minutes after kickoff and the scalpers get desparate to sell their tickets for ANYTHING....works in NASCAR! lol

Rough it, it is the best experience. Just go there with no firm plan other than a ticket it is a life time experience just winging it
