If you are hearing voices, its likely that you are suffering an illness called schizophrenia. This is nothing to be ashamed of its not your fault, there is allot of stigma attached to mental illness, but it's just due to lack of education i.e ignorant people who haven't been educated on illnesses which affect our mind. If you are feeling suicidal you need to get help quick, let people you know and trust good friends and those who love you, know what your going through, contact your Dr on emergency appointment and explain to them as you have here, what you have been going through.
you must ignore these voice's as they are not real. you need to distract yourself with positive things.
Do not harm yourself or worse kill yourself, you have a whole life ahead of you and with the right help, a happy and fulfilling one!

what do u mean ur hearing voices? Do they sound like ur own thoughts? If they do then try to block them out. Don't listen to them, they are not worth ur attention ! I used to be scared of being alone at home when i was younger, my imagination used to be really wild, but i overcame them by challenging them.eg I always thought someone was breaking into the house. But then I challenged that by saying why would someone want to break in? If it's a robber then i will just grab
a phone and run out of the back window and call the police. If there's a fire I would call the fire brigade using a phone that's in every room in the house they respond really quickly, and run out through back window...etc
U should rest assured that because u acknowledge that those voices are there and that it's not what ur thinking, u are in a much better position than a mentally ill person who doesn't know that those voices are manipulating him/her. You must now fight those voices by thinking they are evil and must not be listened to. would u listen to what ur worst enemy would say to u? no, so don't listen to those voices either, u know they are bad so don't let them manipulate u. You are a strong person, you can do it. I have faith in u and so does everyone else, and u will get through this!

Listen hun, there is nothing that you can really do for yourself in this matter nor is there any advice that someone emailing you can give you except that you need to seek professional help.. I know it's an easy thing to say but medication is the only thing that can remedy this problem.. and you should do it as soon as possible before it gets out of control.. this is a progressive illness.

Yes, I'm haunted by them.
How about some meditation. Not medication, but meditation. Just sit down, close your eyes, and watch what's happening. Imagine that as long as you stay in that position, silent and alert, no one will be able to harm you. When you're sitting don't ask yourself questions like, why is this happening to me, I can still hear them, how is this supposed to help, etc. Just watch. Breathe deeply and keep your body relaxed. You can't get scared if your body is relaxed. If you find yourself getting scared, relax your body again, and focus on your breathing. Well, good luck.

You need to go get some help. See your doctor, get a referral to a psychiatrist. Go get some help, ok? This isn't fun and games...this is an illness, and you need to get it taken care of...same as if you had an ulcer, or a sprained wrist or something. Go.
