I only check it a couple times in any given day at the most. Some times I will go a week without looking at my email. (especially when i go out backpacking or for week long fishing trips to Canada)
I have two emails to check too, I have a google mail (gmail) and a yahoo email, the yahoo email gets checked more often because it is the easiest way to find out what your best answers are when someone gives you a best answer, I like to know what they have to say about it, and yahoo answers does not put the your best answers in any sort of order, so it gets hard to tell which was the most recent.
I know I am not missing out on much, as my significant other doesn't email me, our primary form of communication is our cellphones. Who knows, since right before I answered this question, I might have gotten another spam email from some porn site or some credit card company. I delete the better portion of my emails right away.
