Yes, I just took my kids(4 and 2) a few days ago. They had so much fun. Especially here in Vegas- we have a park called Sunset Park and every year they put up amazing lights and you can drive through the park. They love it.

lol when I was younger my parents used to take us for drives and anytime we say x-mas lights one of my sisters would punch eachother and go 'Christmas lights' kinda like Neon safety minus the neon and add the x-mas lights.

I use too as a kid love it, I would be wiling to take my son. I think it is polite to enjoy peoples hard work on their lawn
