I don't know much about myspace culture, but why would a married midlife guy have one?

I could see a female having one, to put up family pics and all that, but I don't see the point for a guy, that's all. It's kind of "soft" -- unless you're looking to hook up.

It's not really an older-guy thing. Many Gen Xers already know how to program web pages, so they don't need the predesigned templates of myspace. I hear it's a great site for picking up women, though, for people in their thirties. You could blast e-mail dozens of geographically desirable women in minutes and get many positive responses, my single 30-something friend tells me.

No, it quite is not "incorrect". the situation is they're chuffed. In on the instant's international, your the following day's are not assured. the extra youthful guy or woman would perish in a site visitors twist of destiny or have a scientific concern bringing a untimely end. maximum epople would be judgemental, yet whilst the couple is chuffed; to Hell with what something of the international thinks. seize the possibility jointly because it quite is recent. once you die and finally end up on the Pearly Gates or Hell, St. Peter or devil isn't gonna pat you on the @ss and say "pass do it returned. That became into merely a custom existence."

I am a 37 year old married female with a myspace page -- So, what's your point?

I think it's weird for a 37 year old married man to have a myspace account as well. I'm in my early 40s... and married... I've had my younger friends have an "intervention" with me-telling me how important it is that I create a myspace for myself.

When I see other people's myspace accounts. It seems like "kid stuff". No, I will NEVER create a myspace account

Uhm, to connect with old friends.
To connect to new friends.
To share pictures & videos with friends & family.
To blog about the day.
To check out and discover NEW BANDS!

Apparently, you are under the impression that MySpace is for SEX and that a 37 year old man shouldn't be on it unless he's there for sex. Well, MySpace is NOT for SEX! That may be YOUR reason for having a MySpace page but it's not the reason MOST respectable people have one for. And 37 is NOT old...LOL! Just old-er ;)

I know several older people that have them and they're in their 40's 50's, just to find old class mates and to keep in touch with people.
