really really long?

I lost concentration after "really really." Let's go with "you are absolutely correct."

If after the first paragraph I find it's not a question I can really answer I scroll on down the list of other questions. Some times to get the point across what the person is really asking takes a lot of detail. Then I try to read it through so I can answer to the best of my ability.

No, I only answer a qustion if I can actually read most of it without getting board. If the question is super long I'll normally pass over it and move on to another one, unless it is a really interesting question.

Even though I read pretty fast I never answer those long winded questions. Just too boring!

If is really long and has several questions and rants I just read the first of it and move on.They loose my attention and an answer

If it's REALLY long then I answer the original part of the question (header) and tell them that's what I did.

I usually just answer whatever question they've asked in the "heading" line and ignore all the supporting text if it's really long.

Sometimes I skim through bits and pieces and then throw something out there that may fit.
If it is more than a few sentences, I typically do not bother trying to read the whole thing.
I think this is the Bush admin's approach to the US Constitution. (couldn't resist)
