i am a beginner and am planning to for a snowboarding trip...last time we went to Boreal..the slopes were good for a beginner but thr was nothin else to do besides that n we even didnt like the lodging too..so we plan to try new slopes which can be good for beginner's as well as we can get better lodging n also something to see around...i've heard that heavenly is also a nice place..can someone suggest me the best one according to our criteria??

All the resorts will have beginner slopes, but I've got to say Heavenly Valley is beautiful! There are great accomodations nearby and plenty to do. It's also very close to the casinos for evening activities! Have fun! I lived right below Heavenly for 8 years.
