How can you enhance a vagina? It's like making a penis longer. Why? If someone has to stoop that low (pun intended) to get surgical correction, they don't know real problems.
Each vagina is different and I don't think I want someone in my life and bed who knows too many other ones. Heaven help them when they get to be 50-60 and things start to really droop and get wrinkled. They will have to have a permanent bed waiting for them in the surgical wing of their local hospital.
Accept what God gave you and learn to use it. Much better than trying to make something it isn't.

If what you are referring to is surgery to make your vagina tighter, if you feel it would improve sex for you or your husband or regular boyfriend(s), then I suppose if you think the risks or benefits are worth it then it's okay.

But don't get surgery because you think your vagina is ugly. I assure you that no man that you offer it to who accepts is ever going to think of your vagina as anything but a wonderful place for his penis to have fun inside. Unless, again, it's too loose and that's the reason you're having surgery, in which case it might be reasonable to do so in that case.

This reminds me of the women who asked that the doctor put a knob on the back of her head so she could keep tightening her face lift. She went to the Doctor after she kept turning the knob for a number of years with a complaint that she had bags under her eyes. He explained that those were not bags, they were her breast. Her response was "Oh, that explains the goatee".

I've never felt it, but I'm open to anything :o)

Seriously, if you think you have the need for such a procedure, you've tried the exercises and such and your doc says it's a reasonable solution, then I see no reason to feel bad about having it done.

3 things are necessary for a person to want this:

1. complete boredom with life
2. An endless supply of $$$
3. Severe insecurity about their body.

I've heard it called "vaginal rejuvination".

Kegals have always worked for me.

I would have to feel the before and after to really know how I would feel.

If I had a vagina.
