I call it soda, but most people where I live call everything Coke. People don't say pop at all here.

I'm from Georgia (which is where Coke began.....The World of Coke is located here.....awesome place, by the way!!) so everything is "Coke" and everybody knows what you mean when you say Coke....you mean any carbonated drink in a bottle or a can. Have a coke and smile =)

Fizzy drink or soft drink. I live in New Zealand - we NEVER call it soda or pop and Coke is a Coke - a brand or flavour of fizzy or soft drink.
