Moving taskbar back to bottom?

I searched the answer on here,
Unlocked, and still wont move,
any other ideas?

Hi. Click on the taskbar and select properties. Uncheck 'Lock the task bar'. Drag it to the bottom. Repeat and check 'Lock...'
