I agree with CB. When a website doesn't have the proper resources to handle the traffic they are receiving this will occur. A day is way too long for a "temporary" problem. An hour would be acceptable, but not more than that. If they don't fix this I would consider taking my business elsewhere.

If has been more than one day, I would ask "Customer Care." It looks to me as if the problem is on the website's end, and they know it.

If you are having issues with multiple web sites it is probably your internet connection. Try rebooting your cable modem, etc. if it is only one site, the problem is probably only with that site. Give it a day and then try again.
