We cannot change yesterday or the last minute, but we CAN do something about today. Call a friend or a family member you like or do something with that person, it will help.
Find a joke page you like using google and tell them a joke you've found to get things rolling. Smile. It helps to try to smile. I don't know what will cheer you up, but jokes always seems to help. upchucky.com is fun. there must be thousands of places laughingplace.com and others that tell jokes. type it in and ---- have a laugh on your own!
