ya as the question say i am about to get a xbox for christmas from my friend. i was curios if you can play xbox360 games on a xbox.

No, but you CAN do it the other way around. You know, play original Xbox games on your 360.

HELL NO. You can play some xbox games on a 360, but no 360 games on an original xbox.

lol if you look at the back of the 360 game cases it says "playable only on the microsoft xbox 360"
so no you cant, unfortunately.
unless somehow you make that happen.

no, otherwise there would be no reason to have a 360. It only works the other way around
