Are there any NFL rulings relating to the temperature settings allowed for football games played in domes ?

no...but i dont know why you would make it uncomfortable for the fans....also, you cannot open and close the roof at any time. there are rules so you cant gain an advantage for your team.

No idea but im pretty sure there are some general guidelines covering the half time fireworks shows.

domed stadiums are for panzies....real football is played outside!

Go play inside in Canada......

Contrary to what the "Pats" think.....it would only accomplish "both" teams and fans to be miserable.
But,to answer your question...I don't think there is such a rule.
