The Question is ....
Are you into "Gaming or Videos"...
If so ...I won't choose any of the two...
Why?......
The Response Time is not great if you would ask me Tho..!
The Specs of HP is good..same with Dell...
Get the fastest Response time you will find for best results..
I will recomend a "Samsung" LCD monitors but get the 2MS response time...
As we all know "Samsung" is proven Quality and Durable...as Monitors are concern...
Did you know that most Branded Monitors are using a "Samsung" component on their products...
Just don"t want to mention some Company...
But it's your choice anyway just giving you a little Info....
But if you are into Price war just take a look at "ViewSonic"..
Good reviews on this Product and also proven Quality in it's own right....

Haven't used a lot of HP equipment recently. Used a lot of Dell.
My suggestion is go with what you like. Dell has good tech support when it comes to replacing something that is defective.
There aren't a lot of companies that make the chips for the inside of the LCD monitors so there may be no difference internally. Just a matter of preference....brand recognition...looks... features..etc...

Hi. The HP has 7 five star reviews. The Dell is from their website. I would look at both before buying either one, my opinion.
