Can grow it for personal use, depending on state law...seeds may contain eggs of Horn worm,etc. When cigarettes age in the machine (from being unpopular brand) worms always hatch out and leave the package!

Yes, but the mature plant is pretty darn big - and tobacco horn worms can find their way into your house, and if you put your hand on one when reaching for a tobacco leaf, you WILL wish you hadn't....

Yes you can. It has to be for your own personal use, and not for resale. You are limited to the number of plants that you can grow. I'm sure that all States are different so check with your states Dept. of Agriculture
