Talk Talk are useless. The customer service line is always busy, the technical helpline is just as bad. On the rare occasions you can get through they can't help you anyway.
This was my personal experience. I wouldn't recommend Talk Talk to anyone!

I changed over to talktalk two months ago. I took their Talk 3 international service which included calls and broadband and I am delighted with it. Calls to their broadband support services are free with this package and I was helped very efficiently with my initial setup.

I had a lot of trouble initially with TalkTalk, but since June of this year have found them to be excellent. Thats when my Broadband eventually went live.

I reiterate all of the above.... it is useless. am looking for a new company when my current contract with them is over....

The broadband is ok no problem in itself ..it's the bits when you want advice or help... be prepared to have a task on your hands and great difficulty understanding most of their representatives then get not good advice on top.. plus having to pay the earth for it in addition to the monthly subscription....
