I crossdress and when my friend saw me in a white skirt, she made me change my underwear b/c she said that visible p.l are not "not cool." Is she right? Secondly, she made me wear thongs, which I found uncomfortable. With a white skirt, what type of underwear will avoid the p.l.

A few ideas..
*Thongs can be unconfortable, but try g-strings instead (thinner line) also make sure they are the right size i usually wear one size up than i would normal panties..
*Full-coverage briefs in a clingy fabric, such as silk or nylon. Also, be sure to buy the right size, as a too-big brief will bunch up and give dreaded panty lines.
*Mesh/Lace boy-short panties they don't have thick, bulky bands of elastic; instead, they anchor around your bottom with stretchy mesh lace and they cover your bottom not cutting off leaving bulges where regular bikinis do.
*Body-shaping under wear. ones that hold in tummies but they do the trick as far as creating smooth seemless effect. they usually go from waist to mid-thigh, smoothing the whole hip and tummy area, but you can get them in so many diffrent options now

Yeah. Your friend is right. A visible panty line is a major no-no. With white pants go with a full brief that comes under the cheeks or a thong. And make them a dark color. With any skirt I say wear a thong especially if a clingy type of material.

You should try Barelythere Invisible Look bikini panties. They fit a guy great and no pantie lines.

yes she's right, it's a no-no..but there are lots of choices beside thongs, go to stores like victoria's secret and they will show you some briefs with invisible panty line and if you buy close to skin color you can wear them with any white outfit.

wear flesh toned underwear, but thongs really are the best, they eliminate this problem, it really isnt nice to see and spoils the line of your clothing
