i dont'.. as much as i can, i try to answer questions in a logical, practical and brief manner. but i go for questions which are not ridiculous, i really don't go for "stupid" questions... it'll just be a waste of time on my part if i will do so...
this is just my opinion on how i answer questions... irregardless of who's asking...

I get quite a few "Best Answers" and have never gotten one from anybody that I know. I believe that I give good answers that deserve (at least sometimes) to get the Best Answer due to my age and life experiences. And, generally speaking, I don't give one or two word answers. I put a lot of thought into my answers and they are normally at least a paragraph or two long which reflect my feelings/thoughts.
However, I've been noticing some people who are putting themselves into what I refer to as my "fan club." I have no idea why anybody would do that, but it makes me feel good to know that people are noticing my responses and think that much of them.

I don't, I give it to which answer I like the best, it's not fair to give it only to certain people all the time

I don't. I choose by the way the answer makes me feel but my contacts are those that make me laugh, so, by appearances, they do seem to get the BA for most of my questions. If someone that isn't on that list gets me laughing, then I add them.

i dont allow fans and i dont have contacts, so i give best answers to the answerer who makes me laugh or gives me the infos i'm asking about...

I don't.. It's normally whoever gives the best answer, let it be funny, serious, 2 pages long, 2 words.... I try not to be biased ^_^
