Her contacts maybe dry or something...The light could bother her eye's and she may just blink just like LL licks his lips...it may be her trademark....

maybe her eyes are dry..
she could wear contacts.. i notice if my eyes start getting dry I tend to blink more..
i imagine with the lights and stuff make her eyes dry
