I wouldn't think that is the plan, however there may be "Too many cooks spoiling the soup" at Y!A headquarters. Keeping Y!A from crashing and burning should be in their best interest, and I think they should be listening to the users more about how to make this a better site. Maybe they are, and maybe P&S is just not a vital category to the Q&A phenomenon, so restricting P&S is probably not a big deal to the business of Y!. But it is so much fun, I know, and hate all the violation crap being zapped about. I, too, have been violated without just cause, and have not been kissed at all. It is so easy to get suspended, what can we do but ***** and complain and make ourselves heard? And keep on coming back. I applaud those who make noise about it. They will be the ones that make the difference. Thanks!

No as this is not an argument nor loss of words
and did you ever think for one moment
that even charcoal burns and the taste lingers on
as if even ashes have a taste,, [it is all in the taste]
and before my box crashes i will replace it with another
but i will keep this one.. as a memo pad
as when i retire i want beyond all things write a book
if but paragraphs on people whom i met
ever think about the true ARTS ..
Call it Idea and it's publishing
this one the best Yet
as free to be as to read its word in any form
as long as you use it in any language and in any form
s long as it works for YOU,!!

It might not "crash and burn", but with all the Violation Notices being delivered they will no doubt lose more users than before. They really seem to be "tightening up the ship". As careful as I am, I am even receiving them. :-(

Hopefully they will just leave it be. Probably more restrictions. I'm still tryin to figure out why they deleted one of mine...never did get an answer, imagine that.... This is such a good site.

That's entirely possible. Yahoo already drains much of the joy out of this forum. If they were to tighten it up even further, it would likely lose its appeal altogether.

Well, shall we try pushing the limit to see if they will move the
posts a little in the freedom direction
