If you were a pro I would say $50 to $100 per hour. But given you are NOT a pro, you should only charge about $10 per hour plus parts (but make sure she understand that there is NO WARRANTY). That's not a bad rate because a pro would actually do it faster and so not so much hourly charge.
I made the mistake of helping a friend and I ended up being responsible for this and that and everything else. They kept on saying "Are you sure this isn't related to that other thing you fixed". And of course the more I fixed the more I became responsible.
Good luck.
P.S. If you want to get laid, then ask for a home cooked meal and a movie. You bring the candles. ;-)

if she needs plugs she needs wires you change both at the same time. its most likely a 4 cylinder so i would do that for 25-30 air filter and pcv take no time thats free. oil change another 20, transmission filter replacement an dfluid not a flush it isnt necessary to flush and since you dont know how much to charge that mean you dont have a shop or the equipment to flush it anyway but thats another 35 and 20 for the fuel filter neither should take more than 30 minutes except the tranmission filter replacement. so 110-120 is a good deal but thats only labor the parts is another story

I would say at least 200-300 if they went to a dealership they would be looking at 800-1000. The plugs, air, fuel pcv and oil change are cake, although if it's an auto tranny they need to have it back flushed, a drain and fill will only change 20% of the fluid which makes the whole thing pointless.

Call the dealership and ask how much they charge for these services, and then charge 1/2 or 1/3. You get to make some bucks, and your friend gets to save some bucks. Just make sure you know what you're doing, first!!
