you wont have to change any pulleys or water pump unless they are damaged. the belt is about 50 bucks and most shops charge around 3 to 4 hrs of labor depending on the shop. they may even be cheaper. but like others have said make sure you use Toyota parts.

Doing it yourself is the cheapest way and the best way if you are a little daring!!!! Buy a Haynes manual or a genuine Camry factory repair manual and follow the directions. If you are determined to spend a lot of money, take the car to a repair shop. Just be sure that they are using genuine Toyota parts in the job, otherwise you may have to have the thing done all over again sooner. Also, only use genuine Toyota coolant, if you are changing the coolant pump. the "green" stuff will only cause trouble on down the road. Trust me!!

There's other things that need to be replaced along with the timing belt, like the water pump, pulleys and so on....this all depends on mileage and wear. Your looking at anywhere from 500-1000 depending on what needs to be replaced and cost of parts and labor.
