just turn off the phones and pull shut the drapes and chill. if you go somewhere, the idea is to chill out and cut off the buzz. use a lot of stleath and slip off to some quiet place and count the waves slapping the shore or a ski lodge without neighbors for a week. the idea of excitment and so-called fun is not sensible.
