Do the sharks just need to play up to their capabilities, do they need a forward, D-man or some attitude tell me what u think?

They need someone to play with Thorton. Cheechoo was supposed to be that guy but he is looking unexplicably awful this year. You guys get some more scoring help and it will probably be you and Detroit in the Conference Finals.

They need to play with some emotion. The Sharks are too good to be playing like an average team. Marleau needs to step it up. Cheechoo is injured, Clowe is injured.
They need a Dman, preferbaly somebody like Kyle Mclaren with more skills.

this question almost seems greedy.
but i do see your point, The sharks can be inconsistant at times, and it's for those exact reasons, Marleau and Cheech aren't producing like they should be.
Cheechoo was a 50 goal scorer, the perfect player to play with Thornton, yet he cant produce.
they have lots of secondary scoring, Guys like Michalek, Mitchell, etc. etc.
i don't think the sharks need to improve much right now, except maybe a veteran blue liner, or something.

i think that the sharks need better d and some of the forwards need to work on putting the puck in the net and getting as many times as they can and maybe they're depressed about something in their non hockey life or they're in physical pain

They're one of the best teams in the league, but look for them to try to grab a veteran defensive player when the deadline nears... Maybe Jovo in Phoenix?

Need better defense and a better scorer Power play and shorthanded they seem OK and they have speed (see Torrey Mitchell and Devin Setoguchi)

They're 3rd overall in the NHL and 2nd in their conference. They are damn fine team as it is. I can think of several GMs who think they are overachieving.
