Yes he does. He seems to have the freedom to come and go as he pleases, but then he has the balls to complain when I take too long at the grocery store!!
I think it's his way of controlling me. If I make plans to go somewhere, he is suddenly "unavailable" to take care of the kids. He doesn't want me to be able to bring it up in an argument, so he doesn't expressly "forbid" me to go out alone, he just makes it next to impossible.

No if I want to do something and he does not want to come then I will go do it. And same for him no one has the right to limit your freedom.

Neither one of us "limits" the other with anything because there is trust and love present. Plus, we don't take our individual freedoms to the extreme.

No, in fact my girlfriend encourages me to go out and do stuff with my other friends. I think if we were married she would ask that I not go out with female friends alone, but she's a very level-headed person and trusts me, which makes me feel awesome and gives me incentive (beyond common decency and integrity) to stay true to her.

Not in the least bit though she does ask me where I'm going when I leave the house and she asks me if I mind when she is asked to go somewhere with her cousins.

No, we're free to come and go as we please. The thing is, most of the time we prefer spending time together, so the issue never even comes up.
