please help me in 14 and still a virgin. But for about the last year i have had these small white spots that i can see on the foreskin when i pull it back, they dont hurt or anything, about 3 months ago i noticed some small spots, white, i can't feel them though. They also seem to be in groups together. 5 on the head, and about 20-25 under the foreskin altogether, mailny in groups of 4-5. Are these anything bad like cancer, or could this be due to masterbation, please help

See a doctor.

Yes, it will be - moderaly - humiliating. But, if it is serious, you may save your play-toy. Think about the humiliation of falling for a girl, and when she reaches in, all she feels is skin - and I don't mean Mr. Happy.

Even if they are as simple as genital warts, they should be treated soonest!

Relax. You have absolutely nothing wrong with your tackle. The bumps you feel are hair follicles or sweat glands which sit nice and comfortable when the penis is flaccid. As the skin gets thinner they are forced outwards and some doctors think that they act as a source of stimulation for your female partner during intercourse..

or you may be developing pilar cysts - these are cysts that develop in relation to the hair root. You can get pilar cysts anywhere on the body and they are common on the back and face. The penis and scrotum are common sites and in some men, the scrotum can become covered with them. In most men, the shaft of the penis is devoid of hair and the scrotum can be very sparsely covered. In these sites, pilar cysts can still develop due to the ectopic presence of part of the hair root at these sites. if you find painful lumps then contact your GP

Dont worry about masturbation.
Masturbation is sexual pleasure that you give yourself.

Everybody does it differently, but it usually involves touching our sexual parts while thinking sexy thoughts or fantasising.

Is it wrong to masturbate
Not at all. It's a perfectly natural way of exploring your body and discovering what feels good for you. Most boys masturbate most days. The peak age for male masturbation is 17. It may happen less often after that

Could be from masterbation. Could be a yeast infection under the foreskin, too.

Talk to one of your parents and have them take you to the doctor. I seriously doubt it's cancer - I'm sure it isn't.

go to the doctor and ask what it is. You may regret being too embarassed to ask, especially if it costs your penis. Also, if you think it may be from flogging the dolphin, why don't you just leave the little fella alone for a week?

This is likely Fordyce's spots. I can't be sure without a physical exam but these are formed from sebaceous glands. These are benign.
