Richard's got it right. The grand jury did not find probable cause to indict the case. For the moment, the case is gone. That does not mean, however, that the prosecutor cannot bring the case back before another grand jury if they find more evidence.

That the Grand Jury says there's not enough evidence to justify the State going ahead with the prosecution.
