The previous answer is right, but it could be simplified some more:

(LWH)/2 + LWH = V
=> LWH + 2LWH = 2V
=> H(LW + 2LW) = 2V
=> H(3LW) = 2V
=> H = 2V / 3LW

Therefore, H = (2V) / (3LW)
