I, too, think that it is Cancun.
Let's see, um yeah, 84, no, 80% are in Cancun and um...
26% are in, no, it's more like 15.5% are in Tijuana.
There are the real stats! If we say enough, it'll be true.

No--but iprobably has the highest percentage of stoned college students.
BTW--did you know 78% of statistics are just made up by somebody? :)
(Just kidding--though that might just be right. Read Joel Best (an authority on statistics and social science methods) "Damn Lies and Statistics" A book that should be required reading in every civics class.)
