Oh yes!! I'm a woman who gets her hair cut once a month and pays $27.00 for cut/style and tip total. Haircut prices for men and women are ridiculous! Before I found the guy I go to now , I used to go to a beauty school ran by an upscale salon owner, and paid like $10.00. I have short naturally curly hair that needs trimmed often so I don't look like I have a 'fro ; ) and that could get very expensive at most places.

I'm not a guy but $50 for a men's haircut is ridiculous! You should never spend more than $30 or $35. I usually get my hair cut and style for $50 and I'm a female.

I'm a woman and I save the $50 and cut my hair myself. It comes out better and actually even than what my previous hair dresser was giving me. I got cuts and everything else for free too...in-laws. But if I did have to pay for a haircut (and I realize I'm not a guy, but who cares), I still wouldn't pay $50 for it...I better be getting something else, like a full color and products.

Not on a man's haircut. Women get more stuff done and have it cut less so I understand that. $50 is kinda high but if you have the money, why not. For a guy, that is absolutely insane.

I'm a girl and I would never spend that much on a hair cut and I've only cut my hair once in the last five years! It's not that I don't have money to waste but I'd rather waste my money on cool sh*t like stereo systems, DVDs, and video games.

I'm a low maintenance guy so a $15 (plus tip) trip to my barber Toni every 2 months is sufficient for me, he has got over 40 years experience.
I can see why men would pay that much though, especially if you have a good stylist, I'm just way too pragmatic for my own good.

No way I'm spending that much for a haircut. Of course for a lady, that's a different matter altogether. I spend countin the tip about $15.00

That's ridiculous. I wouldn't pay that and I'm a woman. I could see if you were getting hair done by celebrity stylist, or major salon in major city, but for most places that is ridiculous.
