Staying up all night the night before, but if you have a child that will take a toll on you. I would say wake up super early on Christmas Eve morning, and then around the time you put your baby to bed make some hot chamomile tea and read a book. This should knock you out and it won't require taking any drugs or drinking ;)

Good Luck! I am 25 and still can't sleep. (I have a small child, and I am so excited, because she is to) As for getting to sleep, my best of luck. I watch The Christmas Story over and over again. Then I doze off and get up again. So, my best of luck. Maybe try counting reindeer or santa's! Best of luck in getting some sleep.

Merry Christmas!

Nope there are no tips and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Just go with the flow, just sit up, eyes wide open, until, just until, watch. Merry Christmas and God Bless.
