It all depends on your body. If you ever have a baby down the road that will change your boobs. Example: I was a 34A before my baby, now I'm a 36C ~ also, breastfeeding.
It also depends on when you hit puberty... if you were a ''late bloomer'' you might still have some growing to do. I believe the general age when you stop growing is about 21 or something. I could be wrong.

They will change and develop with age. At 17 I was a B, by 30 I was a C, now at 60 I am a D. See what I mean life will
change you.
Get an excellent quality padded bra, your breasts WILL NOT grow in one week.

Well I can't tell ya how to make them grow in a week. I'm pretty sure that's not possible, Go buy a padded bra. I was a C at 16 and now I'm a B at 20. I lost weight and the first things to go were my boobs.

They will change throughout your life, especially with weight changes (which is why birth control helps, because it makes you gain weight- it does not do anything else to cause them to get bigger). In one week- good padded push up bra is your best bet! There is no possible way to make them grow in a week, short of gaining a ton of weight (which I am sure you don't want to do!).

well when i was 16 i wore a size a/b and by the end of the summer before senior year, i was 17 and wore a size d/dd. don't ask me how. i went back to school and people thought i got implants! there are breast enhancing pills that claim to work, however, I think I can blame my rapid growth to the birth control pill. if you really really need them to grow i suggest going on the pill a.s.a.p.... worked wonders for me..

You grow into your 20's.
