if my due date is the 3 march 2008 when will a c-cection be done at how many weeks?

My doctor said mine would be scheduled during my 39th week unless I have problems and have to have an emergency c-section.

my c-section was scheduled for 8 days before my due date. the norm seems to be anywhere from 4-10 days before your due. thats about 39 weeks. i had some say on when i preffered it within that 4-10 day range. i avoided friday the 13th since that was a date i could have chosen. its kind of nice to almost pick the babies b-day

They usually do a c section a week or so before your due date.

My C-section with my son was done one week before my due date. This baby will be delivered via C-section one to two weeks before my due date.

the c section is done if the baby is not in the rite position or if ur not dilation is not 10cm but is done like a week ot 2 depends on the size

You are considered full-term at 36 weeks I believe. Unless there is a medical condition, they will wait until you are term.

Unless it's an "emervency section" at or around the term date is normal I believe

Your doctor probably won't do one before 38 weeks unless medically necessary. It just depends on how your pregnancy is going.
