my dad say's that when u have a cold u should put the "vicks" on ur foot and maybe u can taste it.............................^_^

Dad always carried the Vicks Inhaler with him for a quick sniff or too.

Are you kidding? My mom still uses it! Every time my kids get sick... "Did you put Vicks on it?" I mean, it's good stuff for what it's intended... but let's stick to the label folks. I can't believe they made you swallow it though. Yikes!

Yes I do.
Vicks candy's were tasty,but never did a thing to help with my cough.
And Vicks vapor rub always gave me chest pains.

Oh u have me LMAO..I have it all on my neck right now,..I have a sore throat and i STILL EAT IT...SO MUCH 4 THAT WARNING...OMG! We would all be dead...also my mom would cover me in vicks, then add tons of warm clothes..OMG! When I would get so sweaty...that vicks burnt! Oh to funny!

YES! YES! YES! except it was my grandma and her solution for everything else besides a cold was to boo boo if u weren't feeling good. I remember telling my grandma that i had a headache one day and she told me to boo boo and that i would feel better. Heck i could fall down and break my leg and she'd tell me to boo boo and that i'd feel better. LOL! I miss the good old days.
