There are places to strap down. The problem is they are about in the middle of the side of the trailer. I have hauled a bike inside one before. I built a front wheel chock/stop for the front wheel. Pulled the bike in to the stop and put the bike in gear. The stop put the bike about 2' from the front of the trailer. I then used to the tie points on the side. Run the front straps forward and the rear towards the back. Bike rode well and did not move.

Yes, it can be moved in a U-haul ... truck or trailer. I've done both. The ramp can CERTAINLY handle a heavy object, hell, people move piano's in U-hauls, and they're close to 1,000 sometimes. I'd say the ramps are rated around 3,000 lb or more, easy.
Strapping it down is another thing. In the truck, I just leaned it up against the front wall, and tied it off ( it was empty at the time , no other items in it ). The trailers are somewhat easier, you can skew the bike some to brace it, and strap it down, long as you aren't carrying much else.

You're only shot at getting your ex back is to follow the right steps that will make her ask you to get back together. Learn here https://tr.im/2hOwa
Maybe if you broke up with her, then you might be able to be the one who brings up the subject of getting back together. But if you can do it without, it would be much better. But how do you get someone back without seeming desperate? In order to get your ex girlfriend attention, you have to show value without telegraphing your interest in her, while at the same time initiating interaction. So don't ignore your ex texts and calls when they break up with you. It screams that you are so devastated by the breakup that you can't even handle talking to her. You want to respond to her, but do it in the right way. You can even initiate communication if you do it in the right way. You have to maintain a strong frame of confidence, and show your ex girlfriend that your happiness isn't dependent on being with her

I have a lot of experience with U-Haul!
If you are talking about the "enclosed" type of trailer they rent, they will tell you straight out that they are NOT designed to haul motorcycles. They don't even like people to use them for that.
Point in fact; they do rent the "gardening" type of trailer with the tie downs located in the appropriate places and not 12" off the floor and screwed to the walls.
Just be careful that if you do decide to rent the enclosed one, there are NO provisions to chalk your tires. Your bike will start to walk . Don't put too much tension on the wooden rails screwed to the walls as they will pull out and you will have to repair them or pay U-Haul for the damage.
For cargo hauling you really can't beat those little trailers, for bikes, stick to the "gardening" type. Much safer for your bike.

So I hear that U-Haul does not want to hear that you're going to load your motorcycle or scooter in their trucks. But they DO say that if you do (behind their back!) make sure to empty the fuel, the oil and remove the battery. Is it really that dangerous if you DON'T do that??

Use Large tie downs & foam wrap around the bike, drive about 4 miles and check the tie downs again.
