In part.
I tend to fix things first and blame a second or two later but mainly as an attempt to get the feelings of shame out of my system.
In the long and short of things when things go wrong it is noone's fault but like policemen you say stupid things to try and control the chaos that ensues.
Of course , if I am alone then I just blame myself after i get things fixed.

Sometimes it is the fault of others. But ultimately, I have the last say so in my actions.
