Conception = Sperm meeting Egg successfully
This usually occurs anywhere from a few hours to a few (3) days after sex.
However it's usually about 2 weeks till your period doesn't come.
If unsure, ask your doctor.
Question does sound like you're trying to calculate who to name as father on birth certificate . . .

Umm, no. Sperm only lives inside you for a few days not weeks.
