No. Just admiring a hunk. Like any other guy does. For example: look at all the football, baseball, etc stars that guys fawn over, or the racecar drivers that the track crowd worship. Then look at what happens in high school and college-- the best looking, athletic guys are the ones that are practically worshiped by the rest of the guys. It is just a natural thing for guys to admire and basically "crush" on their idols.
If your brother masterbates to pics of John and has no sexual attraction to females, yeah, he would be "gay". But very few people are truly gay, while most males are bisexual in thought a least. Otherwise why are the fighting and wrestling shows with nearly naked hunks so popular with guys?

if it's just a fascination with the former Uncle Jesse, then no. that's common referred to as just a "man crush."
but if he's fantasizing to John Stamos wearing only a white lab coat, then he's gay.

A crush on the same sex...yeah, he could be gay. He may just like him and want to be like him though and confusing it with a crush. If he is having sexual thoughts about him then yeah he is probably gay.

I think if he has a crush on any guy then yah pretty much makes him gay...but who am I to say. I am a girl who is straight. I have no experience in the gay department.

Possibly- depends on how old he is. I remember having a crush on a female actor when I was younger but I'm not a lesbian or even bi. Sort of changes sometimes.
