Shouldn't Muslims realize that they have to respect the desires of their daughters if they bring them to a western country to live? (This is not an anti-muslim question, as a lot of Christians are just as rigid when they attempt to enforce their religion on their off-spring.)

I actually believe that most of the people who have posted on this board before me have no tolerance and no idea of what it is to be Muslim. They are confusing terrorists with all Muslims. While I am not even remotely Muslim I think they are spreading more confused hate with their lack of understanding. We don't need any more hate than we've already got so people please get educated on this before you go around simply perpetrating hate, it's not flattering at all.
My opinion of that man is very low, I think he is disgusting and I can see how people would look at him and see that he is Muslim and what he murdered his daughter in the supposed name-of and apply that to all Muslims. This is just another unfortunate example of how some people are crazy and take religious issues much too literally and carry out their own insane will in the name of their god. Catholics, Christian, and Muslims alike have been doing this for thousands of years.

He is sick. Why did he move to Canada if he can't live in a modern world? he should of stayed home.
