I am looking for very creative ideas to create 4 slides about myself....I am applying to a business school and they are asking for that for their applications.

4 slides that illustrate why you are applying to that school.

One slide could be about your interest in business school,
another about what you expect to gain from your time in that business school and another about post business school or what you expect to be doing after graduation.

Strenghts, weaknesses, opportunties, threats

Strenghts - stuff from your background

Weaknesses - keep this lite (have not been to business school yet)

Opportunties - opportunity to work well in groups, opportunity to add to the classes because of your life experiences to this point, you get the idea

Threats - Have not been to business school yet -
