You are insecure and, because of that, selfish. You feel easily threatened that he will leave you and that will make you feel worthless. You are deriving your value from him or this relationship, and that is unbalanced and wrong.
There is no quick and easy solution to this. It requires work. However you can make a HUGE difference by reading the book the Care and Feeding of Husbands. You can also start eating better and exercising more. If you read that book and start eating better then I guarantee you'll see a difference by the time you finish reading it.
The problem here is with you, whether or not he is or isn't looking at other women too much. Work on you.

You're insecure, think your hubby is such a man that any woman would be able to take him away from you so you are keeping him from knowing there are other women out there.
News flash, dear! He knows there are other women, and you need to work on your personal self-esteem or you will find him in the arms of one of those women you won't let him look at.

I used to be the same way, until I did a selfsteem check, and did something about my low selesteem. Tell yourself that you are just as beautiful, if not more sotan those women in the movies or on t.v. PLus you are real, that's what makes you wonderful. HE's with YOU not them.

jealousy is a very real emotion and you can't turn it off like a tap. You need a better self esteem of yourself, unless your hubby has already screwed around on you, he will if you keep accusing him of it.
If you don't trust him, why did you marry him in the first place?

you're natural insecurity...it's only natural for someone to look...at least he isn't touching! you can't control what someone does...and if it's a fear of being cheated on...it doesn't matter what you do...if someone wants to do it...they are going to do it regardless...the real question is...do you want to drive him in that direction because of your jealousy? just make it a big joke...the next time a hot guy comes on tv...make a comment...about how hot he is...and laugh...see what he does...if he isn't bothered by it...it only shows that you should just relax...ya know...life is too short to be worried about the little things...

I believe thats maybe because you have a low self-esteem, low self confidence and a low self image of yourself. Thats why you don't want him to ook at other women because you feel he might go off with one of them because you might assume they're better than yourself. But keep in mind everybody has something good in them and something bad. No one is perfect. To keep control of yourself try indulging yourself in exercises such as yoga and meditation it wil help keep your mind at rest. Also make yourself a hobby to keep you occupied with.

WOw, you really need to calm down. All men look at other women. It is just human nature. I bet you look at other men without thinking. Just give him a break and ask him if he truly loves you.

C'mon now.
You already know what the problem is. You don't need us to confirm it. It's real. Deal with it.
